readme-How to Do High Council
There are public missives (like bulletin posts - out to the low wizards and other magic practitioners)
>> the funniest version of this is as a DESYNCED non HIERARCHICAL version.
>> The high council never actually meets, or organizes a specific path in one direction
>> We are separate worlds
What do we want
Phil - I think of High Wizard as this umbrella of all the things that stuff can exist in
What do other people want
Get Merc into that AirShip desert world

Move it over into Ragga General World

recap
Phillip and I talked about how we’re going to do the high wizard world.
The Foster story is going to be its own separate one, we’re going to replace Tucker With Merc, And hear the essential outlines of the story.
– Merc airship is going to get stolen
- he is forced to work with the bandits, in order to get his airship back, in order to get to the sky Island.
The conflict center around an ambivalent, immortal being, who doesn’t really want too much to do with the squabbling and resource fighting of the people on the ground.
And if anything it’s going to hint at a larger world, because Merc needs to be able to slip through the portals that he finds occasionally in the sky, it’s why he has the sky Island and the sky ship.
We could also reveal a little bit more about Merc’s longevity and why he is Hopping from realm to realm.
This should be a one to three book arc, as well as incorporate the visual elements, and potentially a stop motion film that Foster is interested in pursuing.
This is a way to continue to open up high wizard as a vehicle that is going to be used to tell a lot of stories
And it makes it so we don’t have to connect more or Rasta stuff to what’s going on here.
